Frozen whole pāuais hand harvested by divers from the chilly waters of the South Island. It is then blast frozen in the shell to lock in the superb flavour & freshness. Per 1 kg there will be two or three whole pāuas.
Our mince is made from whole pāua unlike most minced pāua which is made from the tougher skirt or trim. The result is a delicious, tender mince ready to make into patties or cream pāua.
